                       IMPORTANT OF CHOOSING THE DIRECT OR INDIRECT PATTERN OF                          
                                  ORGANIZATION FOR A  BUSINESS MESSAGE

           In direct message, the main point goes at the beginning, followed by details, explanations or evidence supporting it.    It prevents the reader from getting bored and frustrated by having to search through paragraph of information to get in the main topic. An organized message saves the reader  time by getting  to the purpose of the message at once.    
          If the reader is interested, used the direct pattern. Consider a letter from a college to which you’ve applied.  If there’s a chance that you be accepted the message might start at “Congratulations”! your application for admittance at our school has been reviewed and we welcome you to our college or university for this year. Since the main answer is good news , communicated it right away, and follow up with the details.  
         In indirect pattern the main point goes later in the message, after all the explanations or wade of different paragraphs. The indirect message shows that you respect your reader’s feelings, which may be hurt by the main  point. If the reader is going to be uninterested,  unpleased or aware, used the indirect pattern.  The use  of indirect message when the  news is bad, such as refusing  or denying a request . This approach well if you are trying to offer something or relaying some important  matters.

             Communication is  very important in the role of a business leader's success. It is different and unique from other types of communication, since its main goal of business is to make money. In order to gain more profit the communicator should develop a perfect communication skills. His ability to communicate well , is one of the biggest factors in business success. A good example is an engineer, he can be a good in designing and computation skill , but if he's unable to promote his services and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.his potential is limited. He can win a contract through  his profession and a communication skill will be very helpful to complete the package. In this modern and advancing technology have several method of business communication (1) Video conferencing which allow people in different locations to hold interactive meetings.(2) E-mails , which provide an instantaneous medium of written communications worldwide.(3) Telephone meetings, which allow for long distance speech. (4) Face-to-face meetings, a personal and should be succeeded by a written followup.(5) Web-base communication for improved communication, anytime,anywhere. (6) Presentations- It is one of the method of  communication in all type of business and corporations.(7) Reports- it is very important in documenting the activities of the organizations.
        Communication in business is simply known as "Communication"
